Membership

The form below is to register with Nationals as an Associate Member. In addition, if you wish to join a chapter in your area¹, you must contact them directly.

Associate Membership Information/Registration Card

	I wish to join as an associate member in the U.S. ($10)
	I live outside of the U.S. and wish to join as an associate member ($20)
		I will send my associate membership dues to Becky Brown, WITW Treasurer, P.O. Box 8392, Toledo, OH, USA, 43605 (in U.S. dollars)

	I also will contact this chapter¹ to join them.
	OR
	There is not an existing chapter within my area. Please send me information on how to start a new chapter.

	I agree that Women in the Wind, their chapters, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and members shall not be liable or responsible for damage to property or any injury to persons including myself during any Women in the Wind or chapter activity even where the damage or injury is caused by negligence (except willful neglect). I understand that and agree that all Women in the Wind members participate at their own risk.

¹Please note, individual chapters may have their own bylaws governing how you join that chapter, and separate dues. Chapter members pay dues through their chapter.

$20 outside the U.S., annually.
